We calculate the cost of your delivery based on two factors: the weight of the items, and the postcode of the delivery address. As you can imagine, the costs will vary but will be fully calculated at the time of your order. Our flat rate is £55.00 + VAT.
We will do our best to ensure that your order is sent out within two days of the payment being processed.
Our standard delivery times are three working days. However, there is an option for next day delivery and timed deliveries, which will incur an additional cost. This will be calculated when you make the order. If you do need a next day delivery then you will have to place the order and process payment by 11am the previous day. Sadly we are unable to do next day deliveries on orders that we received on a bank holiday or at the weekend.
When we deliver the goods to you then we will only deliver them to the kerb side. You will have to ensure that you have the means to get the goods to your property from there.
We’ll ask you to sign for the order when it is delivered to you. If you are unhappy with the condition of the goods when they are delivered to you then you must sign for them as damaged. Any claims for damage on any orders that haven’t been signed for as damaged will be automatically invalidated.
If you refuse goods on delivery as damaged, and we find that they aren’t actually damaged, then we will charge you for return delivery.
We will make deliveries during standard business hours. That is, Monday-Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. If you need your goods delivered on a Saturday then this will incur an additional surcharge. We’ll calculate the amount at the time of order.
If you aren’t around to take your delivery, or you are unable to accept it for any other reason when the driver arrives, then you will be charged for any re-delivery.
If there are any delivery restrictions at your property, or any restrictions on the way to your location, then you must notify us when you make your order. This includes any weight restrictions, narrow roads, delivery time restrictions, or anything else that could impede us getting your order to you.
We will accept no responsibility for any costs that you may incur in the unlikely event the delivery is late. Our suggestion is that you only book installation of your floor once you have received the entirety of the goods.
It’s absolutely essential that you be at the property to sign for your order as soon as it is delivered. If you aren’t there, then you will be liable for a re-delivery charge.
We are not prepared to leave any of our goods outside, in your drive, in your garage, shed, porch or any other outbuilding. All of the goods must be taken into your home or business premises as soon as they are delivered.
If you do leave the goods outside or in any other unsuitable environment then we are not prepared to accept liability for the fact they may be unsuitable for installation.
